BRFURS Young MAtch Officials Initiative

Bucks RFU Referee Society (BRFURS) is keen to recruit Young Match Officials (YMOs) and support their development by providing a supportive and safe environment in which they can develop as young people via rugby union and match officiating.

The Society’s YMO Initiative was launched in 2018 and has seen 36 young people from schools and clubs across the county graduate the scheme before returning to put their new skills into action, with 4 of them choosing to join the Society as full members.
