Ro Bates Trophy
The Ro Bates Trophy is awarded at the end of each season in recognition of the hospitality and reception of one club in Bucks, based on a vote by the whole Society membership,
The Trophy means a lot to the referees as it keeps alive the memory of a long-standing President and great servant of the Society, Ro Bates.

Referee of the Year & Most Improved Referee
Each year the Society’s executive committee recognises one referee who has made a major contribution in that year. This can include quality of refereeing, ‘turning out’ when needed or other contributions to the Society. The Society also recognises the ‘most improved referee’ of the season.
